Terms of sale
These terms and conditions of sale ("Terms") govern the sale of watches and accessories by Montres Jacques Bianchi SAS on jacquesbianchi.com to consumers in France, Monaco, the European Union and internationally. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
1. Products
The products offered for sale are described on the product pages of the site. Our watches are designed and assembled in France, in Marseille, and powered by a Swiss-made mechanical movement. Photographs and illustrations are not contractually binding. We reserve the right to modify the composition of our catalogue at any time.
Certain models may be offered for pre-order or feature a back-in-stock alert ("Notify me when available"). For pre-orders, an estimated dispatch date is shown on the product page; payment is captured when the order is placed and the item ships as soon as stock is received.
2. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (or in the local currency of the delivery country) and are:
- In France, Monaco and the European Union: inclusive of all taxes, with French VAT at the applicable rate (20%) included;
- Outside the European Union (United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland and the rest of the world): exclusive of tax, as French VAT does not apply to export sales (exemption under the French General Tax Code).
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed, based on the selected delivery country.
3. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties and import taxes due in the destination country are calculated and collected at the time of payment (Delivered Duty Paid / DDP). The total amount shown at checkout is therefore final: no additional customs duty or import tax will be charged to the buyer upon delivery.
Deliveries to France, Monaco and the European Union are not subject to any customs duties.
4. Orders
Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms. A confirmation is sent by email once payment has been validated.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by our partners Stripe and PayPal. The order becomes final once payment has been verified.
6. Shipping
Shipments are insured and sent by international express carrier. Delivery times and terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the French Consumer Code (art. L. 221-18 et seq.), you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. The terms are detailed in our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Legal Warranty
All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (art. L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). An extended two-year commercial warranty is also offered — see our Warranty page.

10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, the consumer may refer the matter to a Consumer Mediator before taking any legal action. The French courts have jurisdiction.
