THE PILOT'S HANGOUT

A limited edition of 100 numbered pieces, the JB200 headmark extends the JB200 collection in a more assertive direction, where function dictates every aesthetic choice. A work diver, designed for people who really dive – or who could have.

The chromatic gesture

On reads the hour first on a dive watch, then the minutes. The minute hand carries the most information in a real-life situation — it is the one that changes the fastest, the one that paces the dive.

Making it entirely orange makes it impossible to miss, even in reduced visibility, even with a mask that distorts perception. A functional decision that, by luck or talent, is also a sound aesthetic decision.

The Pilot's Lair

The JB200 Headmark takes its name from the lexicon of navigation instruments: a fixed visual reference point that allows the pilot to know, at a glance, where they are.

Simo Tber, co-founder of the brand, explains the inspiration behind the project: "We wanted a watch that reassured. A stable landmark on the wrist, which informs without fuss, even forty meters underwater in cold water, even in the faint light of dawn while scuba diving. That's exactly what this dial does: it provides bearings." This watch embodies sobriety.

Three needles, one consistency

The case measures 42 mm in diameter and 12.5 mm in thickness — the format that allows a diver's watch to remain legible without becoming ostentatious.

The 316L steel receives a full black PVD treatment, on which polished-brushed finishes play. The Swiss automatic movement, with its 25 jewels and 42-hour power reserve at 4 Hz, guarantees proven reliability. The hand system — ivory lume hour hand, vivid orange minute hand, two-tone seconds hand — allows the eye to immediately understand the hierarchy without having to learn it.

Marseille as a starting point

The JB200 Headmark is not just a watch, but a bold extension of the brand's identity. Some brands make watches, and some brands tell the story of the sea.

Jacques Bianchi Marseille belongs to both categories at once — with that very Southern French way of not having to choose. The Headmark is the most assertive of the JB200 collection: less nostalgia, more sharpness. It doesn't deny its sisters; it extends them in a deliberate direction.
